Dream Journal: Baby-Man Pop Stars
I had the most awful and amazing dream last night that pretty much summed up how I feel about pop music right now. I was at someone’s backyard pool party showcase for a kid pop singer. He had the face of a 4 year old but the body of a 18 year old and had 4 grown women as backup dancers. The song he was singing had lyrics like “i’m lovin’ you girl yeah yeah yeah” and during the middle of his performance I screamed out at the top of my lungs “I HATE MUSIC!!!” and stormed out of the pool and left in a huff. It was awesome. I am sure that will happen in real life soon haha.

I’ve been faithful to the traditional Rider-Waite-Smith deck for a long time. I’ve tried various clones like Morgan Greer and Tarot of the Mermaids but the artwork didn’t seem to appeal with me. I am hoping that will change with the Steampunk Tarot by Barbara Moore and Aly Fell. http://steampunktarot.com/ The images on the site look awesome!! Can’t wait to get it!
